09.01.2022 Lots of kids missed out on the School Photo shoot last week, so we will have another go next Tuesday, 10th November at 9am. All families are invited. There will be a few photos to choose from for printing so if your child was there last week and you can't make it this time, those photos will be available as well. Hope to see you there!

04.01.2022 Nimbin Preschool will provide 2 days of free preschool to children aged from 3 in 2021 thanks to funding from the NSW state government. There is good evidence, through longitudinal studies done both in Australia and Internationally, that good quality Early Childhood Education is beneficial for children to develop good self esteem and confidence, behaviours for learning, and resilience. At Nimbin Preschool, we are passionate about a child-centred, play based curriculum and ...we are delighted we can now offer this for children 2 days a week for the rest of this year, and in 2021, free of charge. https://education.nsw.gov.au//-120-million-extra-for-free-

04.01.2022 Here we are well into 2021. Four baby guinea pigs are growing at a pace and this year's children are happily negotiating their new surroundings or their new place in our little community.

03.01.2022 Preschool will be open for Term 2 as advised by the NSW Government, our funding body. "Early childhood education and care services including out of school hours care are encouraged to remain open for children that do not have appropriate supervision at home." We will have revisions to some of our routines and practises including the way children are picked up and dropped off, cleaning practises, and how children are grouped throughout the day. ... Children and staff must stay home if they are unwell. We look forward to learning with you again from Monday 27th April.
