24.01.2022 Hello Nimbin, I would like to ask you not to leave any clothes or other items at the laundromat inside or outside where the clothes rack was. The reason we have stored the rack temporarily is because it can be a source of the virus spread according to the official authorities. Many hands are touching those items and as a result anyone can be contaminated with the virus since it can be transmitted via surfaces, clothing, books etc. Please, be patient until the threat has passe...d and the rack will be back into its place. 17.01.2022 Good morning beautiful Nimbin. First of all I would like to thank you for all your love and support for our business. We lately had a few machine problems, all happening, very strangely, at once. Now I am very happy to let you know that the machines are fixed and the water pressure is perfect and all the dryers working, except from the old one that looks like it's done it's circle in life. From Thursday 30th July, we will have a new detergent in the dispenser, more efficien...t, more eco friendly and better for your clothes and the machines. With this new powder, you will only need to use the minimum amount for your washing as it is more powerful than the previous one. $0.20 per load. I appreciate any feedback from you all. 16.01.2022 Dear customers, we are trying to keep our business safe for everyone. Therefore, we would like to ask you to keep your appropriate distance from each other, 1.5 m, while you are in the premises. Don't handle other customers' washing and don't leave your washing in the washing machines unattended. Be there on time to take your washing out and free the machines for other customers. We have set up a washing station to wash and dry your hands with the paper towels. ... Dispose the paper in the bins right after you wash your hands. Please don't sit inside waiting for your washing to finish, it makes it harder for the other customers to use the laundromat. For the moment the office will be unattended, please make sure you have the amount of coins required to do your washing and drying. A coin machine has been ordered and expected hopefully by the end of the week. Please, use the hot water indication on the machines and shake your clothes outside before you put them in the washers, it avoids the machines from getting blocked. If you need the wash dry and fold service, please let me know before hand so I can arrange to do your washing after operation hours. 15.01.2022 Our dear customers, this is an update on our actions due to the corona virus threat: we are still running our business as a self service laundromat during day time and we do the wash, dry, fold service overnight or before we open for the public. 8:00 to 18:00 We try to do our best on keeping everything clean and safe. Using any clothes detergent and hot water is the way to clean your clothes safely. Please, do not stay inside waiting for your washing and don't leave your w...ashing in the machines after it's done. 2 people inside with the 1,5m distance between them is the only way the laundromat can stay operational. Use soap and water to wash your hands and feel free to use gloves, they are available in the laundromat (next to the tap). If you don't have the right amount of coins to do your washing please do not hesitate to give us a call. Someone will be there in a matter of minutes. We are waiting for a coin machine hopefully on Monday so then problem will be solved. Also the coins will be sterilized. If you cannot come to do your laundry we can come pick it up and bring it back to you the next day without any contact. Some other changes that have happened to the laundromat, are that the books and the clothes rack have been stored away until further notice. That is to avoid any spreading of the virus via objects that many hands are touching. Our contact numbers are :0431576255 and 0401628520. 05.01.2022 Good morning Nimbin, today Friday 3rd July the wash,dry and fold service will not be provided due to illness. Back on Monday. Also I would like to let you know that the two big machines are out of order. Waiting for parts to be replaced. They will hopefully be back working, next week. We are sorry for the inconvenience ... 02.01.2022 COIN MACHINE update!!! We finally have a coin machine at the laundromat! You only have to put a note and you take the value back in $1 coins. It takes only notes and it gives back only $1 coins , for example you put a $50 note you take back $50 in $1 coins etc.... You will still have to have $0,20 coins for detergent .The machine doesn't give any other coins but $1 coins. Thank you for your patience and I hope it will work perfectly for you.
