19.01.2022 Many people know me already, but i think there are a lot of people that dont know me, or about me! So lets introduce myself; I am Eddie Hope, Dutch born, but came to Australia in 1984. I finished Dutch qualification for butcher in 1980. And four years later i was also a qualified meat-inspector! Just before i came to Australia. So i had a choice as what to start in this new country...! Butchering was always intriging for me as you can do a lot of things with meat! So i inte...nded to work as a butcher, and to learn the Australian way! From than on, i realised that through my experience i could provide people here with multiple choices as to what they would like to eat! Also, being able to provide the customer with descent safety and cooking advice, does help to establish a great relationship! Something you cannot get from supermarkets! Or only, maybe in a few printed recipes! I hope that i may be of help in your next purchase of meat! 19.01.2022 I think i have a great idea, at only a very small cost to ALL, to establish a fund to support in future, ANYONE, involved in NATURAL DISASTERS, including fire-, drought-, snow- and/or flood victims, but also, for all the helping organisations and individuals who offer their time, efforts, equipment etc etc.to help in these instances! I think this can come about if Governments, federal and local, organisations like Police, Fire and Rescue, Tax office (yes them too!) All Busine...sses, but most of all YOU and ME, can agree to the following; First of all, i would like to make it clear that this fund would have to be controlled by delegate parties of all involved!!! So that, together they can decide where the money would go to. How to do this; Dont be scared and it really wont cost much....as you will see. The idea is as simple as this; From every sale made in ANY business, the business will have to put 1 cent into this account, using the ATO, to collect this when they do their BAS every 3 months! So if a business has 500 sales in that time they will put in $5.00. If they have 20000 sales they will have to put in $200.00.....Just imagine...all the sales these grocery stores are doing....! SO IT IS NOT 1cent PER DOLLAR, BUT 1 CENT PER SALE!! 1Cent may not seem a lot, But you add it all up from EVERY store and i am sure that in NO-TIME there will be a substantial amount available! And i am sure that if we look at this, not many people would complain about the 1 cent contribution to a VERY VERY good course!! And the good news is that we ALL, help in that way. Not just a few!! Call it a 1 cent disaster fund, or something, but i think it can work!!! Just think about it and give me your views....would like to know!

I will be conducting the most advanced precautions to avoid spreading or contracting the virus! For starters, i can accept cash (limited), but card payments through a mobile eftpos are being preferred!!! 18.01.2022 In these troubled times, i would like to start something that encourages people; whilst decided to stay indoors! And that being is FOOD! I would like everyone to give to all, their best recipe for any kind of food! This could be ANY kind of food...going from minced meats, corned ox-tongues, skillfully seared eye-fillet, Beautifully slow-cooked lamb shanks, BBQ-steaks and the likes,favourite sausages, the best slow-cooked meals, BBQs, Pan-frys, or just eaten raw! (if ur game...!) Give ur best recipe to inspire others in time of need and maybe even save money by doing so!!!(instead of buying)! Just be prepared to answer any/many questions if this goes viral! I will start here myself; Chicken is a meat that is very cheap at the moment so i decided that i got a chicken breast and cut a pocket in it! i mixed some finely sliced onions, bacon and some jalapeno peppers and stuffed that into the chicken-breast. Than i got some thinly sliced rindless bacon to roll this into and wrapped it into a fibrous netting. Cooked for about 25 min. on 175 C and its done just rite! Fingerlicking good; i can tell you! 06.01.2022 Pls dont mind some informative info about the spread of Covid 19! In the last 24 hours, people in the Netherlands have proven that the Corona Virus has been spread to "Animals!" There are 2 "Mink" cases close together that have developed the virus! This could have only developed through human contact as these animals are kept in tight observation and avoided from any other animal contact! Which now, raises the question, as to WHO can contract the desease and who can be a ca...rrier, just to pass it on? Uncertainty all around, so pls dont be complacent! Personally, i think we are only just to start to find out the severity of this epidemic! And by following the general rule of obstaying 1.5 mts distances, will give us the best opportunity to avoid a complete breakdown of our health services! And this also will guarentee that in time of need, there will be beds, medical appliances and recourses needed to help those people in need, .... will be there for them!!! And for alltime sake, pls admire the work our health- services and their staff are doing!!!! HATS OFF!!!!! See more
