How great that we were able to showcase just a small sample of what Bendigo has to offer, including the elf academy, Chinese dragons, and some exceptional local business’. We are open from 5pm tomorrow, come up and check out the custom street art on our South deck! No bookings required.

19.01.2022 Gin, gin oh glorious gin! There’s nothing quite like a G&T on a hot summers day. And that vodka on the left, it’s our first pour vodka all day every day. We love the range from @morrislanedistillery, why buy from overseas or interstate when you can buy local? So often local products are pushed to the side for big name labels, but in our opinion there is no comparison to this product. Top shelf all the way and an excellent team to do business with. 13.01.2022 Nimbus Rooftop goes back into a ‘pause’... Thank you to everyone for your support through the pandemic. It’s been greatly appreciated. With current restrictions, unfortunately we’re pushing ‘pause’ again and will be closed for now.... In the meantime, we will be selling our house doughnuts fresh daily at Get Naked Espresso Bar at 73 Mitchell Street. We look forward to reopening on the other side. Stay safe and hang in there.

07.01.2022 We’re switching things up a little! We’re constantly listening to customer feedback and taking suggestions on board. So we’ve decided to ‘scrap the bookings!’ Bendigo is telling us that Nimbus is always booked out and people can never get a table. This is not our aim, so we’ve taken down our booking system and going free for all! We will of course honour all of our existing bookings. The best thing about this decision, is that it is now easier than ever to get a table at Nimbus. We’ll see you there!

03.01.2022 Bendigo Cup day at Nimbus was a huge success! We had the most wonderful group of guests and would like to thank each and every one of them for an excellent day. We absolutely cannot wait for future events on our North deck. Did I hear someone say Christmas Eve? Or was it New Years Eve? Maybe I heard both! Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for some major Nimbus announcements!

Thurs 24th Dec: 5pm ‘til late Fri 25th Dec: Christmas Day CLOSED Sat 26th Dec: Boxing Day CLOSED ... Thurs 31st Dec: The most amazing NYE event in Bendigo, open for ticket holders only. Fri 1st Jan: 5pm ‘til late Sat 2nd Jan: 5pm ‘til late Our normal opening hours resume 5pm - late, Thursday - Saturday into the new year.
