13.01.2022 In Germany those last days of summer, where everything is golden from the lower light of the autumn sun, are called "Altweibersommer" - "old wives summer". Cobwebs everywhere are shimmering with dew in the morning and mist turns the landscape into a dreamlike scenery... feels like home!

10.01.2022 I just quickly have to share some of my favourite pictures from our recent little escape to Copenhagen with you. Wandering through "Torvehallerne", a beautiful food marked in the heart of Copenhagen, we discovered that these Danes don't only make beautiful furniture and all sorts of other things I wish I had more of in my life, they also seem to make the most extravagant and delicious open sandwich creations I have ever seen... smørrebrød they call it. Can't wait until some clever Dane brings these to Freo...
