24.01.2022 Feeling empty? The thing is... how do you pour from an empty cup? You cannot. ... I’ve learnt that self care is not a nice to have, it’s a necessity. Not just for my well-being, but for my sanity, mental state, health and happiness. Are you aware enough to notice when you’re feeling down? When you’re feeling depleted? When you feel you’ve given to others more than you’ve allowed yourself to give to yourself? Are you willing to ask for support? Receive support? Be open? Be vulnerable? Admit you cannot do it alone? To let go of ur ego? I’ve found there is definitely a dance between self care and service. Sometimes the dance magnificent and sometimes I still stumble. But each time I get wiser, smarter, more compassionate with myself, I learn my boundaries and learnt to communicate them. Sometimes it’s not about the push. Often it’s about the surrender. Can u give yourself permission to slow down. To breathe. To calm ur nervous system. To self care. To invest money on yourself. Time on yourself. Love on yourself? Without feeling guilty or feeling like you owe anyone an explanation? Those of us called to serve, the truth is if we do NOT take care of ourselves, we literally will not have the energy, pull, stamina, inspiration, strength and perseverance to keep going. The self care isn’t JUST for you. But the work you’re here to do. Focus on overflowing your cup first. Then service becomes EASY. Nina x by Lahaina Daudt

14.01.2022 What does money make you??? Money just makes you more of what you already are!!! Are you generous? You become more generous. ... If you are selfish, you become more selfish. If you’re caring, you become more caring. One thing is for sure... money gives you options!!! What you once tolerated... Disempowering relationships, wasting your time, saying yes to everyone... You stop tolerating!!! The more money I’ve made, the less s**t I’ve tolerated. As my mentor Scott Oldford says... Money gives us options. More options than we have ever had. We stop tolerating what we feel like we had to tolerate when we had less money and less options. More money = more impact. #ConsciousSales Nina x

13.01.2022 When you know who you are... U stop trying to be everything to everyone. U hold healthier boundaries. ... U know what a f*** yes feels like. U say f*** yes to yourself. U know when to say no thanks U know when to say I’m not for you. U know when to say goodbye. U know when to say this isn’t good enough for me anymore. U claim more than you’ve ever claimed before. U give yourself permission to do the things you’ve always wanted. U allow yourself to receive more. U only give to those you truly want to give to. U give from a place of wanting to give, not from obligation. U learn to trust yourself more than anyone. U learn to trust the universe. U remember you’re always taken care of. U remember that when you move from fear and scarcity... to love and abundance... And you continue to trust yourself and back yourself... You in fact.. Cannot do this wrong!
