Nina's are a rapidly growing Australian company, designing and manufacturing fine jewellery in Western Australia.... With multiple locations and an innovative online presence, we need a Sales Consultant to help spread the sparkle all over The Kimberley. This position would suit a sales gun looking to expand their experiences beyond the showroom, and contribute to the growth of a much loved luxury brand. Reporting to our Kununurra Manager, the successful applicants will ideally have luxury retail and customer service experience, work a flexible roster, including weekends. A great team, competitive salary, performance based rewards and team benefits are available, as well as absolutely stunning luxury product and future development opportunities in areas of the successful applicants interest including management, marketing and design. As security awareness and customer confidentiality are conditions of employment you will require a Police clearance. The successful applicant must be: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literate Solution focused Highly internally motivated Responsible Organised Flexible Meticulously groomed Positive attitude and work ethic Duties and Responsibilities: Daily interactions with providers and customers Event attendance and networking Interacting with potential customers over the phone and identifying sales opportunities Meeting sales targets and delivering on agreed upon KPIs Perform other duties outlined by manager. There is the potential for this to be a part-time or full-time role based on the right applicant and is based in Kununurra. With multiple locations and an innovative online presence, we are growing rapidly and are seeking a new IT Coordinator to maintain and develop our technical infrastructure, processes and platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role would suit someone from an IT background, ideally within an ecommerce/retail environment.... They will work with our dev team to ensure our technical set up is maintained, adheres to best practise and documented. They will oversee technical projects end to end, including briefing and testing and assist with bug fixing and innovations. Duties and responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining IT systems and networks - Assisting with the digital platforms, including set up, integration and best practice - Developing and maintaining use and process documents for Nina’s technical environments and platforms including full environment mapping - Creating, implementing and testing new projects with Nina’s development teams - Overseeing day to day bug fixes and maintenance works of the companies digital platforms including but not limited to Magento, ARMs and service ticketing system.
