22.01.2022 So I’m gonna compete in my first comp This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while and I’m absolutely determined to give it my all. Louie will be right there behind me being my #1 fan and we will take you guys along through the journey with some content I’ve been training, eating, sleeping, and scooping my creatine like no tomorrow under the guidance of my coach Josh so I’m hoping to really boost these rookie numbers up... The details: I’ll be competing on the 27th of June so I’ve got less than two months of prep for the Hawthorn Open III + Aus Champs Qualifier. I’m going for the 85kg weight class as I hate being 77kg and I just feel like a barstool that can’t lift any weight The only issue is I’m only 82kgs atm and training weight should generally be 88kgs so I’ve got some serious weight to put on hahaha If any of you guys want to come watch then i’m pretty sure you can just rock up to the venue and it shouldn’t be very much if not anything to get in. Will be elite to have a good support crew and I heard Louie is giving free scoops of creatine Anyway I’ve gotta get back to eating as this weight isn’t gonna gain itself

Not only is he an absolute jet on the field but he’s just a super humble guy that understood early in his playing career the importance of strength and conditioning in his sport ... Just to hear the discipline and work he puts in to make sure he’s on top of his game was pretty inspiring for us to listen to. You can’t rush recovery and I’m extremely thankful that I didn’t!
