25.01.2022 Today I am sharing this for all of us who can be rather critical of ourselves. Last weekend I was frustrated with my perception of my progress (or lack of progress) with my horse Ovitz. I realised this week that it isn’t always going to go to plan and that it is all about giving it all you can on any said day... and each day will be different. ... So tomorrow when I get out to ride I will just remember that we are on the path that we need to be on and I will give it all I can and I will then be proud of whatever that is. And for all of you out there ... be kind to yourself and be proud of what you have achieved to date. Have a great weekend everyone!

25.01.2022 I hope everyone has had a great weekend! I certainly did and the below captures exactly how I am feeling. After having some great rides and times with my horses and after doing a few readings I feel like I am ready to take on the world If anyone is wanting a reading next weekend I have some availability so let me know.

16.01.2022 Due to the weather I didn’t get to ride this weekend and as a result I don’t feel as balanced. I get a lot of grounding and energy from my horses .... both on the ground but even more so in the saddle. However I am so grateful for the rain we have had. We certainly needed it and I hope our wonderful farmers have received some much needed rain! I hope everyone has a good week

16.01.2022 As we are on the eve of another full moon, we are yet again privileged to experience another super moon. Remember it is a great time to set your intentions and clear some energy. If you want some guidance on how to do this please let me know. This month’s Moon is known as the Super Snow Moon or more relevant for us in the Southern Hemisphere as the Cleansing Moon. ... This full moon brings opportunities for change, romance and success. Your emotions maybe heightened during this time with you experiencing random thoughts or feeling more agitated. Try to let it pass without lashing out on someone or something as you will later feel sadness or remorse over your actions. Just try and stay in your own space during this time and contemplate the bigger picture of your life. And as always, appreciate the beauty and grace that every full moon provides us with.

I know I have as I have done lots of horse riding that centres and grounds me, catching up with friends that make my soul sing along with giving a number of readings that make me feel like I am helping people on their journey As we all get ready for the week ahead I can advise I have one spot available for a reading next Sunday morning.
