13.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT RE COVID STAGE 4 LOCKDOWN Hi everyone With stage 4 lockdown commencing at midnight tonight until midnight next Wednesday night, the follo...wing changes are effective immediately: Outdoor Classes The following classes will be held on Zoom: Saturday 13/02 - 8am Monday 15/02 - 7am Wednesday 17/07 - 7am Please note the later timeslot on all these classes due to most people back working from home and schools being shut. Please confirm which classes you are attending so I can send the zoom link to you the day before. PT sessions I will speak with everyone individually re your PT sessions. Training on zoom will be an option. Here we go again. Lets hope its only 5 days of stage 4, but we must assume we will only go back to covid normal in stages again after that.
