12.01.2022 A super big THANK YOU to all those that popped by the cafe last weekend for our Christmas Mini Market. We truly appreciate your support. For those of you that asked about creating our Muiron Islands Iced Tea punch for Christmas Day, here's how. Brew 10 x Yardie Breeze blended tea bags in 5 cups boiling water for 5 mins. Whilst the tea brews, slice 2 punnets of strawberries, 1 green apple and 1 red apple and place into a jug or punch bowl with a sliced lime. Discard the tea bags and pour the tea over the fruit, chill until required so the flavours have time to blend. When ready to serve, add 2-3 cups ice cubes, and 2 x 750ml sparkling mineral water (or lemonade if you like it sweet). Serves 10-12.

Brew a cup of Yardie Breeze Blended Tea, cool and pour over your favourite berries, top with sliced apple, sliced lime, ice and sparking mineral water.
