25.01.2022 Solid efforts by the crew yesterday. CEEBREEZ had to do it tough outside the leader and battled on well for 3rd. MOTU RAMPAGE lead the charge in the three wide line over the last lap for another close 3rd.... JAGGED SHADOW also leading up the three wide line over the last lap for a close up 6th.

24.01.2022 Off we go down the hill to Globe Derby for this afternoons racing. FAIRYTALE HALL fresh from last Mondays victory goes from the front line in the first. She is still very much a fingers crossed at this stage but if she can keep herself together she should go very well today. MOTU RAMPAGE also performed very well last week and today from his front line draw over a little bit longer trip should go well again.... Good luck!

24.01.2022 Its Super Saturday at Globe Derby Park tonight and we are heading down! MOTU RAMPAGE gets his chance at the $9,999 in prize money on offer in race three tonight. He has drawn poorly on the back line but this race is a slight drop in class to what he has been up against lately and he is never far away from the money. FAIRYTALE HALL has another go on Monday in race two from the front line. She trialled well last Sunday and has worked well during the week so we are hopeful she... will be on her best behaviour and perform well. OUR MEMPHIS MAC also gets another chance Monday, heading on down with everything crossed with this little guy!! Good Luck.

24.01.2022 Congratulations to first time owner Mat Thompson, notching up his first winner with Scrawl last night.

24.01.2022 Good results again for the weeks runners! MOTU RAMPAGE ran a tough and very close 4th after sitting outside the leader for the trip. CEEBREEZ began well again and held the lead, withstood some mid race pressure before pulling away from the swoopers turning for home to win by a little space. This was a good win considering she still hasnt really figured out what this racing caper is all about!... JAGGED SHADOW only managed a 6th but always seems to come back a bit soft when she has a week away from the track, expect improvement next start.

23.01.2022 Tuesday night is the night this week with two runners. SCRAWL will need some luck form a tough barrier out in 5 but we will be hoping he performs better than his last run. JAGGED SHADOW also has a tough draw out in 6 but she will need to work forward and race up on the speed like she did last week and hopefully be fighting it out at the finish.

22.01.2022 Off we go again tonight to Port Pirie. FAIRYTALE HALL goes from barrier 1 in the Trotters Cup, she has made mistakes at her last couple when in a winning position so we will all be holding our breath during the run tonight. If she holds it together she will be very hard to beat! CEEBREEZ has the second row to deal with tonight, struck trouble last start but was racing well before that.... Good luck.

20.01.2022 Great results last night at Globe Derby Park. SCRAWL finally got the luck he has been desperately seeking, aided by a brilliant Samantha Pascoe drive getting the split up the inside in the home straight to power home over the top of his rivals for the win. JAGGED SHADOW went great again, sitting up outside the leader for another strong 3rd.

18.01.2022 Globe Derby Park is the address again this Tuesday night with two runners in the same race again. JAGGED SHADOW drawn out in no mans land in barrier six while SCRAWL has barrier nine on the second row. Both are going to have a tough task ahead of them this week but one thing is for sure, they will be out there trying their best!

18.01.2022 It's a quiet old week at the track this week with the lone runner going around tonight at Globe Derby Park. MOTU RAMPAGE faces a tough ask against a strong field combined with a terrible barrier, lets hope his little legs are fast tonight! Good luck.

17.01.2022 Another decent night of racing at Port Pirie in the fog resulted in two 2nds and a close 6th. First up JAGGED SHADOW showed good gate speed to lead and stay there until the last few strides to run second. MOTU RAMPAGE was slightly disappointing finishing 6th but was only 7 metres from the winner.... CEEBREEZ also lead from her front line draw and was also run down in the last couple of strides for second.

17.01.2022 Off to Globe Derby tonight for Southern Cross heats night with two runners. CEEBREEZ in the second heat is going to need a lot of luck but did run on well last start at Port Pirie. LADY ALEXIA having her first start for the stable will also need a lot of luck but you have to be in it to win it, so see how we go! Monday afternoon will see PLAYBOY SHADOW and FEELGOOD FEELING go around in the same race again. They both went really well last start running third and fourth and the...re is no reason why they cant carry on with that form. Good luck.

17.01.2022 Things have settled down now after a big day on Sunday at the Silver Salver SA Yearling Sale! Congratulations go to David Flynn on his Well Said x Cruiser Franco colt being presented best colt in the parade and making top price of $35,000. Also congratulations must go to all our clients whose yearlings amassed a combined total for the sale of $143,500 including the top seven priced lots of the sale.... Bring on next years sale!

17.01.2022 Three runners across two states this Sunday. Starting at Kapunda with FAIRYTALE HALL and CEEBREEZ who are both racing well. We finish the day at Ouyen with FEELGOOD FEELING drawn the gun barrier number 1 in the final of the heat she won at Mildura last week.... Good luck.

17.01.2022 Another solid effort by MOTU RAMPAGE last Monday saw the little guy run another second. Not so much for his stable buddy OUR MEMPHIS MAC. Making a mess of it again just after the start, giving them a big head start and only beaten twenty metres, so there is a small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

17.01.2022 Just the one runner again today at Globe Derby. FEELGOOD FEELING goes from gate 2 in the last race. After a handy close up fifth last week she should be right up in the front end of things today.

17.01.2022 Happy retirement to the old super star MOHEGAN SUN!! Something tells us he's going to have a great old time with his new little friend.

17.01.2022 We have a busy couple of meetings this weekend with six runners engaged. JAGGED SHADOW starts the ball rolling Saturday night from a reasonable barrier over the longer 2230m trip which she will enjoy, coming off her last start second. MOTU RAMPAGE has drawn barrier one and gets his big chance tonight. Beaten by no more than seven metres at his last four starts he will be very hard to get past if he can hold the lead from the nice barrier.... CEEBREEZ has also drawn perfectly in barrier one again and with fair luck should continue on her recent good form. New comer to the stable OUR MEMPHIS MAC and MOTU RAMPAGE kick us off on Monday afternoon. OUR MEMPHIS MAC possesses an abundance of high speed and has drawn the ideal gate to be turned loose when the starter says go! MOTU RAMPAGE wont be far away either, grinding away at them in the home straight if they go too hard. JAGGED SHADOW wraps up the week from a nice barrier two and will be right in the thick of this race at the business end. Good Luck!

16.01.2022 Three runners this week starting tonight with MOTU RAMPAGE. He has drawn nicely in three and will certainly be making his presence felt in this race following up from his good third last week. CEEBREEZ goes again on Monday from barrier one. This race looks a great chance for her to break into the winners circle. JAGGED SHADOW has had a week away from the track but returns on Monday with a barrier four and will be out there running her usual honest race.... Good luck!!

16.01.2022 Off to Globe Derby Park again Tuesday night. JAGGED SHADOW and SCRAWL do battle against each other as they have landed in the same race. They have both drawn nicely in barriers 2 and 4 and have both been racing in great style so with some luck should be up close to the top end again this week.

15.01.2022 What a run by SCRAWL last night! Driven hard out of the gate by Samantha Pascoe to get up close before taking the perfect sit, popped out at the four hundred and skipped away down the home straight for the easiest of victories by 8.5 metres. Congratulations to first time owner Mat Thompson, enjoying his second winner as an owner in his last four starts. MOTU RAMPAGE ran 5th after being held up for a run over the last lap.

15.01.2022 It's Super Saturday again tonight at Globe Derby Park and the little fella MOTU RAMPAGE is going down to dip his toes in the water! He has drawn nicely in a hard race, but he was super last week in defeat after doing the work outside the leader for a close third. Busy day at the Gawler trials tomorrow morning with three going down. Couple of new faces FEELGOOD FEELING and HANA LINDY along with CEEBREEZ, all very close to hitting the race track! Good luck.

14.01.2022 FAIRYTALE HALL trialed nicely again on Sunday morning at Globe Derby, so we know she can trot around there as well as Gawler. Lets throw her in this Saturday night and hope she is on her best behaviour!!

12.01.2022 Three runners this week at Globe Derby Park. SCRAWL goes around Monday from barrier four and should be very competitive again. Tuesday night we see MOHEGAN SUN go again from barrier four and should also carry on with his recent good form. JAGGED SHADOW goes from a nice barrier two and finds herself in a tough little race with a couple of horses in great form.

11.01.2022 Finally starting to get a bit more busy at the racetrack this week. Starting with Monday at Globe Derby with the two trotting ladies FAIRYTALE HALL and HANA LINDY. Both working and trialling well, but as always will need to be on their best behaviour. Tuesday night we head up to Port Pirie. Starting with FEELGOOD FEELING and the new guy PLAYBOY SHADOW in race two. Feelgood Feeling was a touch disappointing at her most recent run but had some excuses which we have treated and... she has worked better than ever since and has come up with the perfect barrier number one. Playboy Shadow is blessed with his fair share of ability and it will be exciting to see what he has to offer from his second row draw. CEEBREEZ goes from barrier 5 in race three and is first up from a short spell and may need the run. Good luck.

11.01.2022 While it's quiet on the racetrack for us at the moment with only two racing and another five on their way back to fitness, all is not lost! This just gives us more time to spend with the babies while they learn their craft. Check out these two young hopefuls.

11.01.2022 Busy night at Globe Derby tonight with four runners! FEELGOOD FEELING is first to go from a nice barrier three. Last start was much improved running home from well back, another run like that will see her close up in this field. PLAYBOY SHADOW is next up from barrier one. He got a bit tired last start after doing a lot of work in the run, an easier run here could see him very competitive.... FAIRYTALE HALL back to the standing start conditions off the front row is next. Forget last weeks run where she galloped after losing a shoe mid race, if she trots well today she is definitely one of the chances in this race. CEEBREEZ is the lucky last to go this evening, her last start was much improved and we will be hoping for some of the same tonight from a good barrier two. Good luck.

11.01.2022 Two runners today at Globe Derby Park. Both the boys MOTU RAMPAGE and OUR MEMPHIS MAC do battle in the same race. Sam gets the nice easy drive on MOTU RAMPAGE who should do his usual best in this small field. OUR MEMPHIS MAC gets the services of the boss today after proving to be quite the handful at his first two runs for the stable. Fingers crossed for a miracle today!

10.01.2022 Two runners last weekend for another two top four finishes. MOTU RAMPAGE ran a solid third on Saturday night after leading up the three wide train with a lap to go and was closing in on the winner down the home straight. CEEBREEZ showed very good gate speed to lead her race on Monday but rolled along a little too quick in front, and hung on for a close fourth. She is improving with every run.

10.01.2022 Two totally different efforts by the two runners this week! SCRAWL was horrible on Saturday night! He didnt even get warm, apparently deciding that it was too hard to lead up the three wide line for the last lap! JAGGED SHADOW on Tuesday night was super brave! Working three wide for the first lap to sit up outside the leader and beat home all but the winner for 2nd.

10.01.2022 Heading back up to Port Pirie tomorrow night with the little guy MOTU RAMPAGE. He will be going around in the dual race series up there, so hopefully two bites at the cherry! Performed super last start after doing a lot of work in terribly windy conditions to finish a close fourth.... Good luck!

09.01.2022 Good job by CEEBREEZ yesterday clocking up her first win. Congratulations to her owner and prominent local breeder Mark Carey. Not only picking up the winners cheque, but a $4000 Southern Cross bonus and a BOTRA breeders bonus!

08.01.2022 First start for the stable on Monday afternoon at Globe Derby, FEELGOOD FEELING. She has struck a hard one in this field but did trial nicely last weekend and this race will be a good tune up. Good luck to her ownership group which includes 3 brand new owners to the sport. On another note, MOTU RAMPAGE was claimed last weekend and has moved to a new stable, we wish him luck.... Good luck.

08.01.2022 Very quiet at the moment on the race track, but we have one runner today at Globe Derby Park. MOTU RAMPAGE fronts up in race six, couldnt get into the race last start from his poor draw but today with the better front line draw and a smaller field the little fella should be finishing a lot closer. 07.01.2022 Its a day trip to Globe Derby Park tomorrow with three runners on board. CEEBREEZ goes around in the first race from barrier four. She won well last week and is still on the improve so should be up near the business end again tomorrow. MOTU RAMPAGE has to wait until race six but gets the chance to improve on his recent good efforts from his second row barrier.... JAGGED SHADOW goes in race seven and will be much improved on last weeks run, but has a terrible barrier on the outside of the front row to contend with. Good luck.

06.01.2022 Down the hill back to Globe Derby Park again tonight and Tuesday. SCRAWL goes around tonight, the lone runner on the back line. Lets all keep the fingers crossed that he finds some luck in running tonight, he is busting to win a race! JAGGED SHADOW goes from a wider draw on the front line but she will be much improved after her last run.

06.01.2022 Success again last night! JAGGED SHADOW came up with the goods last night after working to the lead and hanging on to win. SCRAWL not a lot of luck early, had to go back to last and ran home well for 5th.

05.01.2022 We are packing the lunch box and water bottle today and heading up to Port Pirie with three runners. JAGGED SHADOW is first to go tonight from a nice barrier two and also has the "Boss" doing the driving tonight. MOTU RAMPAGE has also drawn barrier two and has been going well and should continue his good form, expecting another tough run.... CEEBREEZ has drawn barrier three and if she can find the front over the shorter mile trip should prove very difficult to beat. Good luck.

05.01.2022 It was refreshing to see the two ladies of the trotting persuasion both putting their best feet forward on Sunday morning at the trials! Fingers crossed that they both hold it all together when they return to the race track.

05.01.2022 Well there wasnt much to get excited about from the weekends racing this week! JAGGED SHADOW was well below average at both starts and is now enjoying a month out in a nice green grassy paddock to recharge the batteries. CEEBREEZ galloped when the starter said go and gave away any chance of success.... OUR MEMPHIS MAC began fast but only made it to the first turn before he also galloped and gave away any chance he had. MOTU RAMPAGE didnt really show up on Saturday night when running fifth but all of a sudden he was back in the game on Monday getting narrowly beaten for second.

05.01.2022 JAGGED SHADOW, bounced back after last weeks disappointing run with another hard fought 3rd last night. CEEBREEZ ran a respectable 6th, not beaten too far after getting a long way back in the early stages. At only her fourth race start, once she works out what this racing caper is all about she wont be too far away from the winner circle.

03.01.2022 We have four runners coming up this week, two Saturday night and two on Tuesday night. SCRAWL goes first Saturday night from a wide barrier, he will need to try find a spot up close to the front early or he could be in for a tough night. MOTU RAMPAGE, new addition to the barn goes from a nice barrier (2). He finds himself in a tough race but is a great little trier and wont be far away at the finish.... JAGGED SHADOW comes up on Tuesday night from barrier 9 on the second row. She should enjoy a good run in the field and go a lot better than last week where she just worked too hard up outside the leader. CEEBREEZ is another new addition who trialled well leading up to this race. She has drawn horribly out in 6 but does have her fair share of ability so shouldnt be too far away at the finish.

02.01.2022 Only the two runners this week. MOTU RAMPAGE tonight at Globe Derby off the back row which doesnt really suit his racing style but he will be out there trying with Brett Lowe doing the driving tonight. CEEBREEZ gets the golden barrier 1 on Monday afternoon and gets her big chance to win her first race after last weeks handy first up sixth.... SCRAWL will be missing for a few months as he goes out for a well earned rest with his old mate MOHEGAN SUN.

02.01.2022 Back to business for the week, starting tonight at Globe Derby Park. MOTU RAMPAGE has drawn wide tonight but was back to near his best on Monday so a repeat of that will have him around the mark again tonight especially over the longer trip. Newcomer to the barn, FAIRYTALE HALL kicks us off on Monday in the trot. She has only had eight lifetime starts and has made errors at seven of those so we will be watching on with fingers crossed.... CEEBREEZ starts from the outside draw after galloping away last start but has worked well during the week and will get her chance to show us what she can do from back in the field. OUR MEMPHIS MAC also messed it up last week on the first turn, he has also worked well this week so we will cross our fingers that he gets further than the first turn this week. Good Luck.

02.01.2022 Nice debut at the Gawler trials this morning for the new face in the place CEEBREEZ. Looking forward to her first start for the stable in a couple of weeks time.

02.01.2022 Three runners tonight at Globe Derby. SCRAWL has barrier two in race three and will be running his usual honest race. CEEBREEZ goes around again after a decent fourth on Sunday night from the inside of the back row.... JAGGED SHADOW lines up from barrier two in the last race and should be forward in this race after her first up run at port Pirie where she did all the work outside the leader for a close up fifth. 02.01.2022 Not a lot to report from last weeks starters. MOTU RAMPAGE was the best with another honest fourth. Monday saw both FAIRYTALE HALL and OUR MEMPHIS MAC gallop out of contention, while CEEBREEZ performed below her best and has now gone to the paddock for a freshen up.... On a promising note, the puzzle we call FAIRYTALE HALL showed us this morning at the trials that she is starting to get the hang of the trotting caper!

01.01.2022 The old Rock Star MOHEGAN SUN. He will head to the paddock for three months off and be back around Christmas time. He has been amazing this preparation having eight starts and finishing in the money on seven occasions including 2 wins, 3 seconds and 2 thirds. Enjoy your time off old boy!!

01.01.2022 A mixed bag of results for the past week! SCRAWL was desperately unlucky last Monday running 5th. MOHEGAN SUN was brave as ever over the longer 2230m trip, sitting outside the leader which is not his "cup of tea" and fighting on strongly to be just nabbed in the shadows of the post for 2nd.... JAGGED SHADOW struck a hard race and looked disappointing but the run will do her good after being away from the track for two weeks. Look for an improvement next time she starts.
