15.01.2022 Lisa Campbell is one of the greatest female pole vaulters in Australia and her talents don’t end there. What can’t this lady do? Here she is winning the women’s final on the weekend. She makes the course look easy and she’s racing against a quality opponent in 2020 Showdown grand final champion Abbey Cutts.
14.01.2022 Bryson Klein has made it 4 wins from 4 Showdown comps in 2020. He produced this flawless display in the final race of the night to defeat 2019 champion Adam Chadburn and become the 2020 Showdown Champion. In 2020 Bryson has become the greatest Showdown racer of all time and the grand final win was quite a fitting end to his Showdown season. Sam Roberts rounded out the podium in a breakout performance. In the women’s final Nat Linz produced an inspirational effort, coming back from injury to limp around the course, but couldn’t manage to keep up with a fully fit Abbey Cutts who stormed her way to the top of the female podium.
