21.01.2022 I AM ... What a simple, yet profound statement. I challenge you friends to write I AM, followed by succinct dot points on who you strive to be; your ideal you ... the elusive you that seems within reach, BUT there is always something that stops you connecting in "now" time with the illusion. I'll even give you an example ... I AM ... physically fit I AM ... graceful I AM ... playful... Now, take a look at your list with your honest lenses on, and without placing blame on anybody else, decide what you can change ABOUT YOURSELF that makes the list that is "the truth" in your mind, be the truth in THE NOW. 21.01.2022 Hello One & All. Now this looks like fun! Tomorrow night at 7pm at The Treehouse Yoga (refer to comments for their page). I'm still to make it to one of these, and tomorrow is not my time ... yet! There is a primal connection to the music and the movements in my body each time I've done a workshop with her; a very powerful and energetically charged experience. Highly recommended. 09.01.2022 Dear Friends *** THIS EVENT IS TOMORROW NIGHT - WED 20TH SEP *** The beautiful Leanne O'Shea of the South West Grief & Loss Centre and the gorgeous Rebekah Monticelli of Sacred Tones Wellness Clinc have created this amazing event for the wider community who wish to have somewhere to go to send love & healing out to the many in need at the moment.... Sending you two goddesses a big warm fuzzy and a THANK YOU. Your response to United Vibrations for Healing has been so heart felt, by myself and also those who I can now send to you. I ended up being very busy with my Education Assistant relief work, guiding special needs children in class, which is always the case in Term Four. So I've spent the last ten weeks working with gorgeous students over two schools and absolutely loved it, but I did miss all of you... I stole it from her personal page (thanks darling x)! A timely reminder not to forget to laugh ... Laughter really is the best medicine, as is breathing; don't forget to breathe!
