19.01.2022 Last night of an amazing 5 week Mindfulness and Meditation program. I have had the privilege of taking 4 very courageous and strong men through their journey back to themselves. It has been both challenging and liberating for them at the same time. Their willingness to be vulnerable and put aside all their old conditioning has been so awesome to be part of. As always, the group chooses a symbol to take away as a reminder of the group theme. It will act as an anchor for them to remain present and continue on their mindfulness journey. This group has chosen the Ying Yan symbol. They chose this because it symbolizes the importance of balancing good and bad, positive and negative, thought and emotions. Their aim post program is to continue balancing these energies so that remain whole and integrated
