13.01.2022 Beef With Mustard. 6 pieces of 120gm lean beef steak. 1 onion chopped. 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar. juice of 1 lemon. 2 tbls of wholegrain mustard. Freshly ground pepper. 100ml of lite sour cream. Heat a non stick frypan, and cook steaks in a little bit of beef stock. Cook until brown on both sides. Remove from pan. Add onion, vinegar, lemon juice, and mustard to pan, and season with pepper to taste. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and gently heat through. Return steaks to pan and heat through. Serve with steamed vegies of choice.
