Mental illness (depression, anxiety) suicide, violence and domestic violence rates sky rocket at this time of the year.... And many of us overwhelm ourselves with hectic schedules, shopping and not looking after ourselves which builds stress upon stress. We are just so busy that we don't take time out to not only appreciate the real meaning of Christmas but we don't fully embrace the true spirit of Christmas. I wanted to fully embrace my Christmas spirit this year and help guide everyone to their Christmas spirit (Or sweeten the spirit you already have!) As my gift of giving to you!!!
