24.01.2022 To find happiness and fulfilment in life can often take time.. By leading a positive, healthy lifestyle and helping others to do the same, I can truly say this is my passion, my purpose and my happiness. During the past 3.5 years within the fitness industry, I have been fortunate enough to meet many wonderful people along the way. I would like to express my endless gratitude to those who have inspired and helped to guide me on this journey.. Amanda King, Jane Flemming for ig...niting the flame and seeing me grow within the local communities, Dan Henderson, Dave POW Tabain, Bernie Mack, Boris Bojanovic, Darren Fitzharris, Dirk Gardner and Nathan Helberg - thank you for all that you do. For your time and knowledge you have helped to keep my flame burning bright, with inspiration, admiration and so much more. I'm so very excited (and nervous!) to announce that I am launching my very own outdoor group fitness classes - NIXfit. I want to help change lives and build a supportive community and continue to live my purpose. Please join me on Wednesday 18th January - 6am, 9:45am and 6:30pm, Shelley Park, Cronulla.
