21.01.2022 Nixon Plumbing has completed stage 1 of this project and is now continuing on with Stage 2 of the Middlemount sewer manhole rehabilitation.

21.01.2022 Replacement of 90 meters of 300 mm concrete sewer main that had been previously spiral re-lined. There were sections of pipe where it was restricted down to 100 mm - the only option was to replace. A lot of planning and preparation went into this project as this main received the flow from the hospital at various points, and also received considerable flow from another pump station. We installed temporary pump sets for the duration of the job to bypass the problem section to allow full replacement of pipework and manhole.

19.01.2022 A recently completed project locating and replacing 20 buried air valves on a 20 km pipeline. The lunch views werent all bad either #clermont #isaacregion

17.01.2022 Fire bans in place THROUGHOUT the Isaac Region - keep safe

17.01.2022 Trees and sewers do not mix! . With this particular one, the roots had infiltrated the old mortar joints and dislodged the chamber sections. Job done = dismantled, prepped and re-jointed using megapoxy. #manholerehabilitation #isaacregion

02.01.2022 We were contracted by NQ Water to repair a 375 mm raw water main supplying the Township of Glenden. A previous repair had been done (not by us!) by installing a repair band - basically a band aid - which ultimately cracked again on the edge of the repair band causing it to gouge out the AC main to a pretty impressive extent. The problem area was cut out and replaced with 4 m of ductile iron pipe. #jobdoneright :)

02.01.2022 Moranbah residents, take note about this water outage next Tueday 19th June :)
