06.01.2022 Hi all, Jess here. What a crazy year so far! I really hope you are all coping ok and if not please reach out to myself or anyone you trust. The lovely Sophie is due to have her baby in only a few weeks times so we have had to say good bye to her and wish her all the best for motherhood. ... Which means I have taken on our program in Kyneton on Mondays and Fridays. I'm very proud of all you guys and girls that have remained active and continued throughout these messy few months. While it is so important for us all to continue to be active and improve our health and immunity we also want you to continue to be safe while doing it. As it stands (at this moment) the gym is still only open for our health/exercise program. Please remember to bring your masks to your sessions and sanitise on entry. Our business relies a lot on word of mouth referrals so if you know of any other vets in the community or anyone that might benefit from Exercise Physiology (ex service or not) please pass on my number 0427908010 that would be greatly appreciated.
