18.01.2022 MEET OUR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGISTS! Please join us in welcoming Robbie Ashman to the team at NJF Wellness Mackay! Robbie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who specialises in exercise and movement for the prevention and management of chronic conditions and injuries. Robbie recently completed his Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University earlier this year. Robbie has a particular interest in muscular skeletal and neurological conditions. He ...loves motivating people to achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life through exercise interventions. You can find Robbie based in the three City Fitness Gym facilities in Mackay.

18.01.2022 ! We are excited to share with you the good news that the Heart Foundation Walking groups are due to ! As COVID-19 restrictions continue to ease across the country, Heart Foundation Walking has decided that walking groups can re-commence provided that QLD remains in at least step 2 of easing restrictions and the group has a maximum of 20 walkers before we enter stage 3. We are temporarily offering two start times, : & ..., to cater for 20 people in each group. Starting on until we enter stage 3 (currently 11:59pm July 10) where we could have a maximum of 100 walkers attend.
