19.01.2022 On Mondays we bake! Muesli and Carrot mini muffins. This recipe makes 12 standard size muffins but using a mini muffin baking tray we got 48 of these yummy treats! Controlling the portion size by making recipe modifications like this will prevent you from overeating at snack time.
