17.01.2022 Congratulations to all that made through last weeks session, trust me the 1st few are always the hardest . Here's a small snippet of some of the fun we had at "funcamp" where we raised $100 for my friend Kai and the Kai Loftus - Benefit Show & Auction. I matched our group donations making it a total of $200 donated. Looking at running 2-3 group sessions a week and doing a 10 week summer transformation challenge if anyone is keen....
