19.01.2022 Throwback to the ‘wine tour’ in Adelaide when no wine was tasted this day @ Adelaide, South Australia

17.01.2022 We are very excited to reveal the new logo. We have worked on it tirelessly to represent more then just a visual aid to represent the company. The colours have been chosen carefully to represent the company’s morals. Green is the color of balance and growth it means self-reliance as a positive. Blue is the color of trust and peace. It suggest loyalty and integrity.

05.01.2022 Sport is so similar to life and the challenges it provides you but in a short period of time.whether it be overcoming a challenge or coming back from an undesirable position it’s all about the mentality you have towards the situation which will be the defining point of success or failure. This was the win this year from the NSW blues to overcome the challenge of winning the game in the last 30 seconds MENTAL TOUGHNESS TRAINING: Read on.... It doesn't matter if your physically the toughest person around if mentally you crack under the smallest ounce of pressure or resistance. - Achieving success now and forever requires great mental fortitude to be able to force yourself to do the things which may not be pleasant at the time to create a greater future. The following are a few tips to increase your mental toughness used by Military and Business people alike. - Set Goals: Long term, short term and daily. (Daily is a massive one a lot of people miss out, and the days can fly by without achieving a thing.) Figure out your "why" and your "purpose". Write it down, why you want to achieve these goals and why you do what you do. Without a strong "Why" you will always falter at the smallest obstacle. - Positive Self-talk: This might sound like some hippy stuff but when you are going through hell, the last thing you want is a constant negative dialogue going through your head. This can be hard especially if you are surrounded by negative people but try and block it out or distance yourself from them. - Focus on Building and Breaking habits: This is where Cold showers come in, creating a habit where you consistently do that which you may not want to do. Over time will build mental toughness and self discipline. - Take away music: This is a tough one and you don't have to use it all the time. However if you are training for something where you will be without music and it's only you inside your head the whole time, you need to focus on training without music getting use to battling negative self talk. Tips given by @Hardtokillfitness - If you have any questions or any tips you'd like to pass on put them in below TAG someone who needs to hear this See more
