They began with my experiments to make a seed cracker for my daughter, Frida, who is allergic to gluten. I was determined to make sure Frida was included in the frequent get-togethers on my back deck, which always involved crackers. The result is a gluten free, grain free, vegan cracker th...at’s packed with flavour and nutrition and makes everyone food happy. No one misses out. No separate bowls of crackers on the snack table. We have local cheeses matured by Wendy from The Cheeseboard, a Ploughmans lunch with Naked Crackers and two of The Cheeseboard’s favs - a Cave Aged Cheddar and a Tintenbar Triple Cream Brie, Hags Beetroot Chutney, pickles and vege’s to wrap your laughing gear around. Thanks to you all for supporting Naked Crackers by buying our range, liking our page, our posts and sharing with friends throughout the year. We have been hanging in there by the skin of our teeth and we are at a crossroads. How to sustain this lovely little cracker biscuit range so we can keep on making has become my main aim.... I have come up with some fun and creative ideas that I will share with you after the silly season passes - I will be asking for your feedback and your help to help us and others grow in a move toward better food, a richer life and stronger communities. In the meantime to help you get through the festy season with more energy, less fuss, Naked Crackers have put together some beautiful and quirky offerings which might just be the right thing to give to your hosts, friends and family members. The gift is nourishing and can be shared by all. The base is various combinations of Naked Crackers Share and or Snack packs, A Camphor Laurel cheeseboard, theres a cheeseknife, relish or chutney and fresh Bay and or Rosemary sprigs and a mystery item. To this we can add muscatels, cheeses and all sorts of retro wonder from tea towels to serving ware.
