21.01.2022 This picture is what you want to avoid this Winter! Water overflowing like this will do serious damage to your foundations if it is not rectified. Not only will it affect the foundations, it will raise moisture levels inside the house leading to dampness, crying windows and mould. If you look closely at the Soffit (white-ish flat surface), you can see black mould which is not good for you. ... Unmaintained gutters often leads to structural issues like woodrot, sagging, and paint peeling. Inside walls can become damp and unhealthy for you and your loved ones.
