25.01.2022 An almost complete project we’ve been working on with the Pyrenees Shire Council, Oregional Collective and Furals as part of the State Government’s outdoor eating and entertainment grant. Featuring a perspex roof and vistaweave panels, we like to call them ‘food cubes’, and you’ll see these all weather temporary activations in Beaufort and Avoca. More to come.

What joy it has been to bring this concept to life with the delightful Read by Renee, starting with a blank canvas and two creatives!! The events world has been filled with ups and downs this year and I'm so grateful to finish the year off with this incredible activation for our community. 13.01.2022 Who toasted a So Soft marshmallow at Ballarat Heritage Weekend - History Ablaze?? They were a real hit.... Special thanks to Madeline, Grace and Oscar who keep the public loaded with these delicious marshmallows during the night.

13.01.2022 It's been a while between updates as we have been riding the rollercoaster of Covid and seen our industry take a turn, but we have been working on some pretty cool projects, here's an update: - SpringFest cancelled..... On went our thinking caps as we re-imagined 2020. Developed and presented a Plan B concept & strategy to the management committee. SpringFest 2020 due to launch 1st October. - Worked with the Events team at City of Ballarat to provide an EOI for grant fu...nding and distributed 5 x grants to community groups to enhance the Begonia Parade. - Took on a new client, which may or may not include wine - ok, it does.... - Time to pause and work on ideas and concepts with some of our favourite people. - Watched snow fall at our home and my boys run around the backyard with joy! Covid 1 & 2.0 may have pressed paused a little longer on events and creative projects but the wheels and ideas are still turning at NLB. We can not wait to be back out doing what we love. 13.01.2022 Sunday would have been SpringFest Ballarat market where 30k+ people would have headed to Lake Wendouree to stock up on goodies from over 500 stall holders. This year, like so many events, the Rotary Club of Ballarat had to think outside the box to continue to support and raise funds for the local community. I'm so proud, an amount of $18k was raised from the Ultimate SpringFest Online Raffle. A great result in an unusual year..... Bring on 2021 SpringFest!!

13.01.2022 It's been a whirlwind few months at NLB, starting with SpringFest Ballarat. Here's a snapshot... 35,000 People - 530 Stall Holders - 22 Areas - 6 Sub Events - 5 Community Partners - over 100 volunteers and plenty of - what a day!!! We are super proud to roll out this event for the Rotary Club of Ballarat. Can not wait to share how much we have raised for the Ballarat Community. #amazing... With 10,000 people lining Wendouree Parade to see the colour and entertainment of local schools, businesses, community and musical groups, its a show-stopper you don’t want to miss.
