I’m not looking for a pity party and I understand more than most that shit happens in life, I also appreciate my clients for putting up with me! BUT cancellations, I have no choice but to put in place a policy like most other hairdressers have, as last minute or serial cancellers leave me out of pocket when I could of filled the limited spots I already have. Therefore from this day on for all future appointments I will be asking for a 20% upfront booking fee which is non refundable. Unless this is paid there is no appointment made. I thank you for your loyalty and understanding in this matter. I have to make a living as well
