21.01.2022 WOW it’s been a busy few weeks so busy I haven’t had anytime to post here (oh the irony) I wanted to jump on here and REMIND all you small business owners out there that YOU HAVE THE MAGIC!! So what exactly am I talking about When things feel ‘stagnant’ or you feel ‘confused’ it’s important to go back to the very beginning ... why did you start your business, what are you passionate about, what story do you have to tell, why is your product of service making your cus...tomers life easier or better ... write down the answers Sometimes when you feel stuck or unsure of your next move it’s important to go BACK TO BASICS ... who is your target audience, what are their pain points, why have previous customers bought from you or used your services, what is your customers thought process I always include in my consult recommendations documents a reminder to do a SWOT analysis regularly - it sounds generic, but it’s important to evaluate where your business stands on a frequent basis Majority of the time the answers you are looking for you already hold, you just need to remember you have the magic See more
