23.01.2022 Dynamic stretching can be used before the start of any exercise routine. It’s a great way to warm up your body and get your muscles moving and ready to work. If you’ve been sitting or feeling stiff, you may also want to start with 5 to 10 minutes of light jogging or cycling to warm up. You can also try foam rolling before starting your dynamic stretches to release tightness. Enjoy ... . . . Music: Free Driving Musician: Reminiscor Site: https://icons8.com/music/ See more
