25.01.2022 Do you try to do things? A coach a number of years ago gave my this invaluable lesson. When we attempt to do things, we often say we will try. But instead how about we just do them.... Do or do not, there is no try! Who else loves this philosophy?

23.01.2022 Yes, we are... Our words are not worth much if we don't take action on our commitments. I have always held integrity as one of my highest values, but something I have learned about myself over the last year was how I stopped making commitments. To others, but especially to myself. See to avoid "not doing what I say I will do" I would just not say it. So today, I say it, I write it down and I commit. And I take action... Do I get it 100% right all the time, NOPE! But I do take action, after all, "we are defined by our actions, not our words."
