19.01.2022 So far I have not had any news of an appeal to the ERD court. The resturant is closed and most of the insides were sold off by the lam family so who knows what they are thinking of doing with the site.

11.01.2022 Ok people the appeal has been lodged to the ERD court about the carwash, fuel station. I think it is Nov the 31st but will have to confirm this when I hear more.This one is the fight we can not afford to loose. More details will be provided as I find out more.

10.01.2022 The outcome of council is the CAP will not be involved in any appeal by andrash so it is now up to the ERD court if they appeal.
