Full name Damian Rrrrrr Ward Nickname Spoggy Hometown Kingscote, Kangaroo Island. Occupation Tugger. (Tug Boat Master) Commencement of ownership: Initially the Island Dreaming Syndicate, but also a direct share owner. (Enki,I Am Gypsy,Nordic Eclipse.) Not sure what year it was however it’s been a great ride! Favourite stable horse. Depends on the day! A soft spot for a couple of newbies in Garrire, No Strings. Favourite horse. Without a doubt- Bold Star. Love his war dance. Most outstanding owners moment. Watching Billet Doux winning the Darwin Guineas. All alone on my home track. Favourite track. Flemington - the straight Superstition. Don’t be trackside!! The Billet Doux win was the only stable horse to win while I was trackside. Worst bet ever made. Backing stable horses while im trackside. (Told you) What would I be doing with my money if not in my horses. I have pretty much only reinvested my winnings. (Been lucky) Dream ownership goal. Make enough to retire. Other sports interests AFL- Hopefully the Crows revive again someday.
