16.01.2022 R.I.P "RACE IN PEACE" After an arduous journey over the last 6 months, the 'Cams eligibility committee' has determined the No-Trub Motorsport 816 eligible to compete in Extreme 4wd.... 4. DETERMINATIONS OF THE CECCEC15/03:The applicant, Mr. Brad Burton, applied to the CEC to make a determination on the eligibility of his vehicle, a Polaris Ranger model, with the Off Road Race No. of 816 to be classified as an Off Road Vehicle Class Extreme 4WD and therefore compete and score points towards a championship for an Extreme 4WD. The committee concluded that the subject vehicle despite originating as a UTV was not prohibited from undertaking modification for it to be entered in to another Class of Off Road, namely Extreme 4WD.The Committee determined that Mr. Burton’s vehicle, a Polaris Ranger Off Road No.816, is eligible to compete as an Extreme 4WD Off Road vehicle conditional on it being compliant in all respects with the Off Road Standing Regulations. The committee expressed a desire for the vehicle to undergo an inspection at the earliest convenience to ensure that it does meet the full requirements for entry to the Extreme 4WD class and requested the CAMS Technical Department facilitate the inspection.
