06.01.2022 Tip #2 Decluttering your mind... LIST'S ARE THE WAY TO GO!!! Whether it's for appointments, groceries, school presentations, anything really! Writing out a to-do list every day really helps to clear the mind. It's 'in your face' it's right there in BIG FAT LETTERS, it can't be avoided (well it can, but what's the point in that?!) It doesn't matter how small the task is, if you know that it's going to annoy you if it doesn't get done, then write it down. Hang it on the frid...ge, put it on the kitchen bench, stick it smack bang in the middle of your desk, it'll really help to bring those stress levels down. So don't keep yourself awake at night thinking about the million and one things that need to be done. Instead, before you go to bed, whip out that notebook and write that stuff down. Try it, you will be amazed by the relief and satisfaction you feel when all those tasks start getting crossed off. See more
