24.01.2022 Our Beef & Congee stole the show at the last degustation so we've decided to put it on the menu! Beef & Congee | 200gm cape grim eye fillet, Ricky’s congee, roast mushrooms, burnt umeboshi butter and XO sauce If you haven't tried it yet, we highly recommend it! Ricky’s rice is hand harvested by his family; the original grains were brought over by his father when they migrated to Australia after the Vietnam war and they now grow it locally.
