14.01.2022 At Noahs Ark Cleaning Services we provide bond cleans and general house cleans. We charge $30 an hour for general house cleans and bond cleans are quoted once the house has been viewed, to determine how many hours are needed. But prices normally start from $400 to around $800 with a receipt. Current real estates I work with are Elaine Mills Property management and I do a few private rentals which they have all got the bond back. Please pm if you have any other enquires
