If the smoked Beef Brisket, Boston Butt Pork or Lamb Neck Taco doesn't fill you up, then surely the Chargrilled Corn Cob and Jalapenos will have you rolling back to your room and then rolling back for more. ... 02.01.2022 Our resident food truck is moving nights from Friday to Saturday nights from this weekend (5th of September). Our guests have been raving about the food and they are known to be sold out by 7pm (so get in quick). If the Crispy Dumplings and Pork Lemongrass don't fill you up, then surely the Yellow Chicken Curry and Spring Rolls will have you rolling back to your room and then rolling back for more. This Saturday our guests are in for a double treat with the Gold Coast's best... Dutch pancake food truck, Poffertjes King also serving their mouth-watering desserts.
