This is due to a change in circumstances and we have retained one of her daughters and a granddaughter. An exceptional mare who is a brilliant mum, foals down easily and always day time births, usually between 10.30am - 2pm. Divina runs with our stallions Valiant & Lucio. But has also gone in foal with frozen semen. She is a sweet natured mare, easy to catch, trim and also hand serve. Very reluctant sale. A good home is paramount. 16.01.2022 History on chestnut Friesians By Angie Russell In 1918, Black became the only coat color accepted into the KFPS Studbook. Before this rule was put in place, Friesians were Black, Bay or brown, Chestnut, Grey or Roan, although the preference of black coats dates back to as early as 1849.... The KFPS approved heterozygous black Friesian stallions were: Ijsbrand 238, Diedert 288, Laes 278, Jillis 301, Wicher 334, Atse 342 and Abe 346. All of these stallions were related to Freark 218. Freark 218’s chestnut factor was able to be traced back to 1920 due to chestnut foal(s) sired by President 123. All heterozygous black Friesians today are related to President 123. Between 1991 and 1998, 9 KFPS registered chestnut foals where born. With the rising concern, KFPS decided to change their breeding policy to limit more occurrences. In 1998, testing for the chestnut factor became apart of the Stallion approval process and no chestnut carriers were allowed to advance. This rule was later changed to: Stallions born before 2007 had to be negative. Chestnut factor Stallions born on or after 2007 are allowed to continue but carriership would be taken into consideration. In 2014, it was announced that newly approved stallions’ carriership would be publicized. Here is my beautiful AAA Appaloosa ‘Frogrock Revolution’ aka ‘Soleil’ who is booked to be served by Lucio this season...she is 1/4 Trakehner, 16:1... hh so I am hoping for a tall horse for myself, with plenty of movement! She has already given me a lovely filly by cremello QH stallion Fortunate Roc, who we call Luna, a palomino with a few white spots. Should produce another palomino with or without spots. See more

We'll be putting our Yennefer van Coolamurt to the glorious Lucio Do R...ei <3 Yenna is AFWHS registered 75% Friesian x 25% TB by Gaele Fan Fjildsicht with jaw dropping movement and a personality that makes her impossible to ignore. Lucio is a stunning example of the Lusitano who I have had the great joy of knowing since he arrived in Australia. I've watched him go through every awkward growth spurt, I've seen his first foals arrive and I've watched his saddle career begin. Honestly the true quality of this stallion hasn't even arrived yet. He really does get better with every year! I've been dreaming of this pairing since I met Yenna and I can't wait to meet the phenomenal golden foal these two will create <3

02.01.2022 Six years ago were so lucky to get a buckskin Iberian filly! Divina has been an integral asset to our breeding program, and without her we wouldn’t have Reya an...d the bred Warlanders by Valiant. It’s been hard yakka, blood sweat and tears over the years. But everything has fallen into place, and our little boutique stud has grown. Importing Lucio and breeding him with our mares including both Divina and Reya is a dream come true. We now have Australia’s first cremello Lusitano stallion. Lucio and Reya have given us Australia’s first cremello Iberian filly. We truly can’t wait to see Valiant and Lucio’s bloodlines combined.
