Our homes have a minimum 2 night booking, preventing guests looking for 1 night from finding our homes in the search results. 0 reviews, are not the problem. With new guests signing onto the Airbnb platform every day, everyone starts with 0! Communication with your guests, before, during and after their stay is essential. ZERO tolerance to parties must be stated in your house rules. When guests are booking your home they are signing an agreement with Airbnb, they are acknowledging your no party policy. This along with a high security deposit helps avoid these kind of parties and potential nightmares to hosts and owners. #airbnb #airbnbsuperhost
