22.01.2022 It’s time to get mingling with Mingle Seasoning! #recipeoftheday Butter Chicken Recipe INGREDIENTS 500g of chicken strips or tofu... 1 Mingle Butter Chicken sachet with all-natural ingredients, for real, honest flavour! 1 onion diced 2 cups of cubed pumpkin 2 cups of cauliflower florets 2 carrots diced 400ml tomato passata (we’re in love with @lilbellapasta ) 300ml of cream 3 tbsp of butter Rice 200ml of Chicken stock METHOD 1. Prepare ingredients by chopping protein and veggies into bite size pieces. Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook for 3 mins. Mix in protein, cooking until browned. Add remaining veggies and coat all ingredients in sachet contents. 3. Stir in tomato passata, stock and cream. Cover the pot and lower the heat to simmer for 20 mins, add butter. 4. Serve with rice and a dollop of Greek yoghurt. Raw Date Brownies INGREDIENTS:... 1 cup Nature’s Delight Walnuts 10 large Martha’s Gardens Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped 3 tablespoons Nature’s Lane Cacao Powder 1 tablespoon Nature’s Delight Honey 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1-3 teaspoons water, as needed METHOD: 1. Line a small bread pan with plastic wrap and set aside. 2. Place the walnuts in the food processor and pulse until finely ground. 3. Add the remaining ingredients, without the water, and pulse until well combined. 4. Add a splash of water, as needed, to get the mixture to come together. It will be crumbly but should stick to itself when you press it between your fingers. 5. Press the mixture into the lined pan and smooth into an even layer, pressing down so it sets up. 6. Slice and serve immediately (use the plastic wrap to lift the bars out of the pan to cut them) or refrigerate if you want to let the bars firm up a bit more. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to a week.
