14.01.2022 Made these little bad boys for the family. Oats are a great source of soluble fibre that fills you up, so you feel fuller for longer and that’s the main ingredient. Cacao from dark chocolate is rich in Magnesium, iron, copper and manganese. So here’s the recipe Ingredients:- ... 200 g (2 cups) rolled oats 50 g flaked or desiccated coconut 60 g Natural Honey 1 egg 100 g 85% 90 % good quality dark eating chocolate 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter. 60 g Coconut Oil handful of cranberries Directions:- Preheat your oven to 180C Combine oats, coconut, coconut oil, honey, cranberries, peanut butter and egg into a mixing bowl. Mix through with your hands for a few minutes squishing the ingredients together until the cookie starts to come together Let it sit for a few minutes for the oats to soften. Chop up the chocolate with a large knife. Add chocolate to the oats and mix through. Form into 12 cookies Place onto a baking tray and flatten slightly. Bake for approx 20 minutes or until golden. Keep an eye on them though Cool for 15 mins then ENJOY
