You’ll be part of our team of front-line support staff, helping our customer base with any support, billing and general sales enquiries. Not tech savvy? No probs my dude (or dudette). We’ll provide all the necessary training required to get you up to speed including the ins and outs of our state of the art, award-winning Fixed Wireless networks. So, no previous experience required? Well, customer service experience is always a big plus. And if you are interested in technology, you’ll find lots of like-minded co-workers here. But mostly we’re looking for folks with great communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, are flexible and aren’t afraid of change. Sounds great but wtf is NodeOne? Good question. We’re a WA owned and operated Internet Service Provider. We’ve got offices in both the Perth Metro area and Geraldton in the Midwest and we’re looking to fill this position at either place.
