09.01.2022 Hi everyone and welcome to my page which I want to be your page too. Any questions are welcome and I love sharing health concerns, nutrition, about prevention, about exercise and how our thoughts affect who we are in life. Our thoughts are what create our lifestyle.

05.01.2022 Importance of Strength Training over 50. (Ps) don’t wait till you are in 50’s start young is my recommendation. Improves - vascular, metabolic & functional health.... AVOID Sarcopenia - age related loss in muscle tissue. Increase risk of obesity, bone health & metabolic disease. By the age of 60 - 15% of your total muscle mass gone. This is a huge amount & will effect your strength & stamina. Best way to prevent is combining strength training & high protein, and with new research gut health (especially with ageing as this helps all things metabolise effectively). Clinical paper with evidence for those interested. There are many more and more research is underway. But the above info is well studied and proven. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6073774/
