14.01.2022 How amazing is this view at Lysterfield lake! We covered 25km today including stage 1 which is by far the most picturesque.. Highlight of the day (not) was when @beccampbellburns came within 1 step of a snake . Holy s**t, we all got a fright!. Aside from that, we saw heaps of kangaroos, an insane number of mountain bikers and a wedge tail eagle. Then, on the way home we noticed on the emergency services app, a small fire by the lake. Tipping it was the family cooking ...with a open bbq . 13.01.2022 Looong training walk yesterday took our Oxfam team (sadly less Bec) out to Ringwood and back via Koonung Eastlink & Mullum Mullum trails. Some beautiful sections along these trails and a gorgeous sunset was our horizon on the way home. How well serviced our city is by these walking/cycling trails amazes me.
