25.01.2022 We provide lesson reports / feedback after each lesson Why? Because we CARE Some feedback from *******'s lesson yesterday ... ** knows how to drive ** knows what to do and when to do it There’s lots of bad habits and some areas to work on as expected at this stage There’s a lot of clutch coasting ** can fail the test for repeating this error ** doesn’t bring the clutch up after each gear change Sometimes ** puts the clutch down needlessly ** also has a tendency to slow down and sit in 4th gear with the clutch down There was a traffic light change to green and ** was sat in 4th gear with the clutch down traveling at around 20kph Had ** gone down the gears and brought the clutch up after each gear change ** could have continued without having to stop and engage first gear ** sometimes coasts to a stop ( in neutral ) Often forgets to indicate off a roundabout Sometimes late indicating too ** driving is untidy and can be soon tidied up Now comes my biggest concern going into ** P’s ** doesn’t plan well ** misses important things Speed limit signs Pedestrians crossing ahead Potential dangers such as traffic possibly pulling out Late or insufficient scanning when giving way In fairness ** listens to me and ** driving started to improve by the end of the lesson 1 in 3 P Platers will be involved in a road accident within 12 months of passing their test I don’t want ** to be this unfortunate statistic It's my passion to ensure each student is not only ready to pass their test but ready for zero harm on their P's Have a great day Paul See more
