20.01.2022 I have started this audio book today, not because I idolise Jay but because he has wisdom and his truth to share... 09.01.2022 To become deeply connected to yourself is not easy... For me it was something that took time. It took time to understand myself on a deeper level .... it was not about working out what I wanted to feel, have or do but what I needed to feel, have and do to live my best life, a life where I remembered how amazing I am in mind, body and soul.... Everyday I practise this process of connection through many things, being in nature, writing what I am grateful for, meditation, hydrating, eating, exercising, body connection and affirmations just to name a few. I don’t do all these every day but some are not negotiable. The process can be daunting but just start with one thing and slowly but surely you will start to understand we are more than just a physical being going through the motions.
