24.01.2022 This is the most important time in decades to keep our messages clear. Yet our governments still use words out of context that increase confusion and hinder engagement. #covid19aus #leadershipcommunication #writing #communicationstrategy #community #agedcare #communityimpact #clearcommunication #comprehension
23.01.2022 It is hard to understand how some companies can stay in business with these sort of attitudes.
23.01.2022 Are you cautious about what you put on your business page, but pretty easy-going with your personal profile? Security of your profile is essential - hackers can get to your business page if you are the administrator.
21.01.2022 Great to see this initiative in our community!
21.01.2022 Beautiful morning to plan some strategies.

18.01.2022 I have had a difficult few weeks and will be working right through the weekend, however, this appealed to me anyway. If you are dealing with lockdown in Melbourne this weekend, I wish you a peaceful time.
17.01.2022 How did it get to be February already? Fashion shops are ordering their Spring collection, kids are back at school and the holidays are well and truly over. If you haven't done your planning for the year, the sooner you start the better. We have templates and expertise if you would like a hand.
17.01.2022 It's been a long hard week. This.is how I plan to start the week, (with less rhythm unfortunately).
17.01.2022 On this day (and every other day) I acknowledge the Original Owners of our land. I recognise and respect their continuing connection to land, waters and culture including spiritual beliefs. I pay respects to their Elders past, present and emerging
16.01.2022 I have been in meetings where people argue about the best inclusive language or on one occasion, where someone wanted to make up their own, even though they were not part of the group.... The new Aus Government Style Manual is out and answers so many questions. Particularly good for organisations trying for Rainbow Tick accreditation and to make their services accessible for all community members #style #writing #inclusive #LGBTIQ #indigenous #multicultural #gender #age

15.01.2022 I am so looking forward to seeing my dear talented friend David perform at this event. This is the first time that I have been able to get tickets - they always go so quickly because it is such a fabulous event. #DavidChong #TatuRei
14.01.2022 Ever since I started my own business I have been in the habit of doing my own planning and writing blogs and posts outside the office, usually in a cafe, although plenty of blogs and posts have been recorded while I walked around a lake. In the office, I happily execute the plans, but I need a different environment to get the creative juices flowing. One of the most challenging things about COVID 19 lockdown is that I have not had the luxury of sitting in a cafe. I have trie...d to compensate by making a 'special place' outside my office; in the warmer months I found a different beauty spot outside, but now that it is colder, nothing has really worked for me. I still do the planning work, but it takes so much longer. Today, for the first time, (with lots of hand sanitiser on board), I sat down for lunch in a cafe and in a short time wrote two blogs, a Facebook post, edited a website, wrote out a draft plan and felt that old adrenaline rush that makes me love this work. Please heed the Covid 19 advice and instructions, so that we can all get back to the things that we miss now! See more

10.01.2022 The rise of the digital image in marketing has been incredible. Always important, but never as important as in the last few years. Every post you make should include an image. Do you use stock images? Sometimes we have to, but it is important that if it has to be Stock, it has to be good. This is a reminder to check your stock image carefully for the story it tells.... https://www.facebook.com/sadomasoch/posts/10157639442699858
07.01.2022 Good morning 2021. Love and best wishes for a productive and less restrictive year
06.01.2022 I have a few new projects on the go at the moment. My ritual with new projects is a cafe to brainstorm and plan. In isolation so making my own cafe in the paddocks. Different paddock every day! #isolation #grateful #ruralPR ... #CrisisCommunications See more
05.01.2022 Graphic design has been an important part of marketing for a long time now. It's understanding what makes people look at something, it's posting great images with relevant copy, it's understanding website development, although not necessarily being able to do it. If you have an understanding of graphic design without being a graphic designer, you will find that your social media, your flyers, and other materials in your business work better. This post will help you to understand current graphic design trends.
03.01.2022 This C.S. Lewis quote feels exactly right for the new year following 2020. For me, 2020 was difficult, but there were changes in my life that suited me. The way I work started to change and I have embraced the changes that suit me and will continue to embrace and make positive changes. What are about you? Do you have a new way forward?
01.01.2022 I wrote a post on LinkedIn regarding the need for sector-wide communications when an organisation in the sector has a crisis. This article came about as a result of the terrible death of Ann Marie Smith while receiving NDIS services. https://www.linkedin.com//when-disaster-hits-organisation-
