I hope you are all traveling ok in these strange times. 100 star jumps 5 squat jumps 100 crunches. ... 80 star jumps 10 squat jumps 80 crunches. 60 star jumps 15 squat jumps 60 crunches 40 star jumps 20 squat jumps 40 crunches. 20 star jumps 25 jump squats 20 crunches. Then back up again 20-40-60-80-100. If this is way too easy please triple or double the reps. This is just a simple body weight workout to keep u moving.

All work outs are at your own risk and ladies take a friend or partner for safety. Keep your distance though. Workout 4 Please warm up and stretch afterwards. Option 1 - 60 min brisk walk. 17.01.2022 These are very simple and basic Body weight, no equipment workouts. I’m trying to keep it very easy to understand without too much you tubing to understand the exercise. Just something to hopefully keep you moving. I will film from next week if you like. Do at your own risk. Modify where needed. Begin with Alternating lunge lunge squat. Hands on head. 10 reps. Lunge lunge squat is 1 rep. Step back for these lunges. ... Then 50 star jumps Lunge combo x 10 50 mountain climbers Lunge combo x 10 50 hops each leg. Lunge combo x 10 50 on the spot running butt kicks Lunge combo x 10 50 bicycle crunches Lunge combo x 10 Then 100 of all of the above exercise and only 5 lunge lunge squats in between. Stepping forward for these ones. Starting and finishing with the lunge squat Combo.

14.01.2022 Hey team. Sadly, however I feel a necessity, I have decided to close the roller doors as of today 30-3-20 at No Excuses, No Bootcamps, No anything now lol. I know I can operate 1 on 1 outdoors, however the stress of waiting for those hourly updates on the fate of this industry was doing this control freaks head in. Also keeping you guys home is of utmost importance. Pt clients should have all received a private text, so please let me know if you want to borrow any equipment.... Free programs will be finished tomorrow for clients and a daily body weight session will be posted. All posted body weight sessions are at your own risk. After 15 years of split shifts as a Pt and 10 years prior to that as a Lab Asst at Kodak, this will be a very interesting time for me. Please please please learn how to use My Fitness Pal in lock down or while you are quieter at work It’s so easy to track your food once you put time into the initial 1st week. Stay healthy. 05.01.2022 We used the new car park yesterday for our Mt Beerburum hike. The extra 1km walk in makes it a great 40-50min trek now. There is also a trail to get to Tibro from the same car park too. Yet to try it though.
