Ox tongue has seen a growing popularity in Melbourne in the last few years and it is not uncommon to see this on the menu in some of the more popular cafes like 'Stagger Lees' and 'Three Bags Full'. For many Lao and Thais this is their favourite cut of meat.

10.01.2022 Om is a very traditional Lao dish. For those who have never tried it, I would say it has the same spiciness and depth of flavour as a Thai curry but with less the calories and very herbaceous. Thank you Nathaniel for sharing your photo.
